Dawn Bahr is a full time professional real estate agent with Solutions Real Estate.  In May of 2008 she received her Associate Broker license.

Dawn has lived in Arizona since 2000.   From the first time you meet Dawn, you will feel at ease with her professional and personable working style and confident in her ability to represent your best interest throughout the Real Estate Transaction.

She continually upgrades her education and knowledge.   Being raised on a farm and attending a one room schoolhouse allowed Dawn to learn from an early age what it was to have a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values.

She has worked in Economic Development, sales, and in the human resources field in the airline industry. Dawn has an Associate Degree in Business Management and Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources.

Dawn has her own investment portfolio and can relate to the needs and goals of other investors.  She also has the desire to help people become investors. 

Dawn was a graduate of the Professional School of Real Estate.  She has the designation of Certified Negation Expert.

Dawn enjoys working with investors.  Being an investor herself, she understands cap rates and cash flow.  She can give street knowledge to buying and renting investment homes.
